I will be happy. This assumes to be true what Abraham Lincoln said: "Most folks are happy as they make up their minds to be."

Unless otherwise specified, all of my recipes use organic vegetables and/or fruit, virgin olive oil and coarse sea salt. *********The jokes that I post are not original at all, and I will give credit if I have it available. I have accumulated many over the past years and just want to share them. ********The poems I post are mine alone - I wrote them - good, bad or indifferent - I own them. I do, however, hope you like some of them. When I post a poem that I did not write, I will give the proper credit.
